Is Kodiak Built licensed and insured?
Yes. We're a fully insured, locally owned Wisconsin LLC, and we're glad to provide a certificate of insurance for your project, lender, or HOA.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every fence comes with a written workmanship warranty, on top of the manufacturer warranties that cover vinyl and aluminum materials. If something isn't right, you call us and we make it right.
Do you do repairs and old-fence removal?
We do. We repair storm and age damage, reset or replace failed posts, and tear out and haul away old fences as part of a new install.
Are quotes really free?
Always. We come out, measure, talk through your options, and leave you with a written, itemized quote — no fee and no pressure to book.
Do you handle HOA and larger residential projects?
Yes. We work with homeowners associations and larger multi-sided properties, and provide the documentation and certificate of insurance those projects require.
