With cedar or pressure-treated lumber on our 2-3/8″ galvanized steel posts, expect 15–20+ years. The steel posts are the difference — they won’t rot or heave like wood posts, which is what usually fails first.
Cedar, pine, or pressure-treated — which should I pick?
Cedar looks best and naturally resists rot and insects; pressure-treated pine is the budget-friendly workhorse. We’ll walk you through the trade-offs and pricing at your free quote.
Do I need a permit for a wood fence in Green Bay?

Can you build on a slope or uneven ground?
Yes. We either rack the panels to follow the grade or step them down in even sections — whichever looks cleanest and keeps gaps to a minimum.
